Tracking and processing
When is my order processed?
Orders are processed within 1 to 2 business days (excluding weekends and holidays). You will receive an order confirmation right after checkout, and a separate shipping email with your tracking number once your parcel leaves our facility.
How do I track my parcel?
Your shipping email includes a tracking link. Please allow 24 to 72 hours for the first scan to appear after dispatch. You can also check your order status anytime from your account under My Orders.
How much does shipping cost?
Standard shipping is free on every order. Need it sooner? Choose Premium Express at checkout for $11.99, delivered in 5 to 7 days. You always see your options and the final cost before you pay.
What if my address is wrong?
Please double-check your shipping address at checkout. We cannot be responsible for orders delivered to an incorrect or incomplete address. If you spot a mistake, contact us as soon as possible and we will try to update it before dispatch.
International orders
We ship across the United States and to 40+ countries worldwide. If your country is not available at checkout, contact us and we will do our best to help.
Lost, delayed, or damaged in transit
If your tracking has not updated for an extended period, or your parcel arrives damaged, contact us within 7 days at contact@miniature-house.com. We will investigate, file a claim with the carrier where needed, and make it right.
