How long does shipping take?
Orders are processed in 1 to 2 business days. After that, standard US delivery takes about 5 to 10 business days and international delivery about 10 to 20 business days. Premium Express ($11.99) is delivered in 5 to 7 days.

What is your return policy?

Are the kits suitable for beginners?
Absolutely. We label every kit by difficulty (Beginner, Intermediate, Advanced) so you can pick the right one for you.
Do the kits include lights, batteries, or tools?
Many kits include an LED light. Batteries and a few simple tools may be needed for some kits. Check the product page and our Product and Sizing guide.
