For a first build, pick a smaller kit and take your time. Each product page lists what the maker provides: what is in the box, the finished size and, where available, the skill level and build time. Not sure? Email us at contact@miniature-house.com and we will help you choose.
What is in the box?
The pre-cut parts, miniature furniture and decor pieces shown on the product page, with step-by-step instructions. Many kits also include LED lights. The exact contents are listed on each product page.
How long does shipping take?
Orders ship in 1-2 business days. Standard shipping is free on every order: 6-12 business days in the US, 11-22 business days elsewhere. Need it sooner? Premium Express ($11.99) arrives in 5-7 days.
How does "Buy 2, get the 3rd free" work?
Add any 3 kits to your cart and the lowest-priced one is free, automatically. It repeats for every 3 kits (6 kits, 2 free). No code needed. Accessories are not included.
A piece is missing or broken. What now?
No need to send the kit back. Email us the part number from your instruction manual and we will ship the replacement piece free of charge.
Can I return a kit?
Yes, within 30 days of delivery if the kit is unused and still in its original packaging. If an item arrives damaged or wrong, we replace it or refund you in full, and return shipping is on us.
Would a kit make a good gift?
Yes, for anyone who enjoys calm, hands-on projects. It arrives as a kit to build, not a finished model: the building is part of the present. Shopping for several people? The 3rd kit is free.
